Scope and Content

The author tries to give arguments to free the German people from the “Jewish question”. Asking “Why is there a Jewish question” he tries to give explanations and a historic overview. Most of his arguments have an antisemitic character. He offers the following solutions: immigration stop, expulsion of Jews who immigrated after 1918, limitation of civil rights for Jews who were not born in Germany or have German citizens as parents, incl. participation in public offices, full rights for Jews who were born in Germany of have Germany citizen parents. However, Jews would have to be subject to parity (giving them access to politics and professions according to their percentage in the overall population).
