Scope and Content
Flyer from the election campaign 1930 issued by The Centralverein Deutscher Staatsbürger jüdischen Glaubens. It gives a brief overview of the antisemitic content of the NSDAP in publications and press. It then shows the immense effort put into the election campaign by the Nazis and their success in local and federal elections so far. It also reprints ads put in local newspapers to boycott Jewish businesses. It then shows how the Centralverein fights back with 100 fulltime employees: hundreds of conferences with political parties, members of parliament, the press and government employees, priests, teachers, economic and union leaders, party officials and pupils as well as the general public. Special issues of their newspaper are delivered to 60,000 households and flyers are distributed and passed on to organizations in the 100,000s.
