Scope and Content

The booklet lists the Jewish population by country in 1915. It documents the Jewish influence in Germany in politics, economy and spiritually through various official statistics. One statistic shows the high increase of mixed marriages in big cities like Frankfurt, Berlin, and Copenhagen (Berlin 1905 – 44%). Another statistic lists the percentage of Jews in various professions. The ownership by Jews of apartments in various sizes shows a difference of almost 40% between Jews and Germans in the two highest categories. The other topics are education, free professions, board of directors, politics and government, press and literature, freemasonry, military, and crime.
