Antisemitic booklet about the alleged incident of the slaughter of a cow by two Jews. After cutting the cow into pieces, one of the accused urinated on the meat. The meat was supposed to be sold to non-Jews. This was observed by two young bricklayer apprentices who reported the incident. A court trial dismissed the charges. The story is the basis for various antisemitic accusations in the following chapters.
