The file contains an extract of the so-called “Verordnung über das Sonderstrafrecht im Kriege und bei besonderem Einsatz“, the „Decree on Special Wartime Criminal Law and for Special Duties” enacted on August 17, 1938, but published only in 1939. The document is a typewritten version of the decree’s fifth paragraph and its sections on the penalties following acts of “Wehrkraftzersetzung” (“subversion of national defense”).
