The file contains five typewritten pages in English on the continuing career of Franz Nüsslein in Nazi Germany and in the Federal Republic of Germany. The document is undated. It presents his professional development, and especially his involvement in Nazi crimes from 1942 onwards, when he took the role as Chief Public Prosecutor in the Office of the Reichsprotector in Prague. Furthermore, the document presents his postwar career in West-Germany’s Foreign Office from 1955 onwards. Finally, the document includes the English translation of letters by Karl-Hermann Frank, Martin Bormann, regarding Nüsslein’s professional promotion in 1942, as well as letters by Nüsslein on cases involving death penalty.
