[Nazi Justice Trial Transcripts]
Extent and Medium
1 electronic resource (12 pages)
Scope and Content
The file contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Prague in June 1943 against Wenzel Zajie (born in Nová Telib in 1886). The old and senile man had been accused of illicit owning of weapons. He claimed that he had only forgotten to hand over his weapons after the new stricter law arrived and was considered a “mild case”. Instead of a death sentence, he was sentenced to prison for two years. The transcript of 12 pages also includes the cases of the co-defendants Miroslaus Zajic, Anton Paukner, Jaroslaus Vytvar, Miroslaus Dudek and Rosalie Boř.
