[Nazi Justice Trial Transcripts]
Extent and Medium
1 electronic resource (2 pages)
Scope and Content
The file contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Brno in September 1943 against the usher Peter Zelinka (*1906, Damborschitz), who was accused of illicit possession of weapons and a larger amount of ammunition. His brother Georg Zelinka, had asked him to hide a gun of a friend who was about to be arrested. The court did not plead for a lighter case, because in the eyes of the judges this person was obviously spreading anti-German sentiments, of which Peter Zelinka should have known. He was sentenced to death.
