1 electronic resource (2 pages)
Scope and Content
The file of two pages contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Prague in September 1944 against the farmer Wenzel Zeman (*1892, Stanov). Based on the so-called “Sabotageverordnung”, he was sentenced to death for supporting a so-called “Reichsfeind”. In particular, he and his wife had been supporting and hiding an old friend, considered enemy ("Reichsfeind") who was wanted by the police. His wife had already been sentenced to death for the same reason.
