This file contains the typewritten copy of an indictment letter to the Special Court in Prague, issued in September 1944 against the locksmith Josef Ženišek, born in Tschernitz in 1909. In particular, he is accused for having supported a fled leader of the organization Narodni Vybor by giving him shelter together with his wife. In the indictment, the prosecutor Dr. Ludwig requests the main hearing as a next step. The document of 4 pages also includes the cases of the co-defendants Barbara Ženišek, Franz Ženišek, Stanislaus Kašpar, Stefanie Kašpar, Miluše Kašpar, Margit Oswald, Johann Bureš, Marie Bureš, Karl Bureš, Ludmila Bureš, Antonia Dudla, Marta Ferra, Elisabeth Krejčik and Jaroslaus Klail.
