[Nazi Justice Trial Transcripts]
Extent and Medium
1 electronic resource (6 pages)
Scope and Content
The file contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Prague in September 1944 against the hairdresser Rosa Zich (*1920, Türmitz). Based on the so-called “Sabotageverordnung”, she was sentenced to death for supporting a so-called “Reichsfeind”. For some time, she had given shelter to her Jewish, illegal-living partner who had decided to flee his evacuation to Theresienstadt. In the following year (1943) her partner was often paying her visits and once received financial support from her. The document of 6 pages also includes the case of the co-defendant Jana Mimra, who was acquitted of punishment.
