The file of 6 pages contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Prague, January 1944. The accused restaurant keeper Johann Židek (born in 1908 in Paulsdorf) had been giving shelter to the fled communists Franz Prokop and Franz Marik, whom he had given a gun in exchange for butter. Židek was sentenced to death. The indictment also contains the cases of the married couple Marie and Matej Pinzinger.
