The file contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Brno in July 1944. Rafaela Zouhar (*1899, Kunitschek) had been accused of giving shelter to various people who were wanted by the police. One of them was her own son, who had joined a partisan activist group. She was sentenced to death. The document of five pages also includes the case of Zouhar's sister Beatrix Bezdek.
