The file of five pages contains a typewritten court judgement against Stephan Vnuk (born in 1897, Povazke Podhtradie), issued by the Special Court in Mährisch-Ostrau in September 1942. The judges considered Vnuk a politically dangerous communist and sentenced him to death for broadcast crime and illicit owning of weapons and ammunition.
