The file contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Brno in January 1944. The accused Gottfried Vojkuvka (*1919, Unter-Betschwa) had been sent to trial for sabotage. He had injured himself from burns to get vacation from his work at an armaments factory. The court judgement was based on the so-called "Sabotageverordnung" and also includes the case of the co-defendant Josef Ručka who was sent to prison for 1.5 years; Gottfried Vojkuvka received a six-year prison sentence.
