The document of 7 pages contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Brno in 1945. Jaroslaus Volný (*1890, Hermannschlag), owner of a bakery, had falsified information about his flour purchases and made a profit by submitting a false household list. He got more flour than he was entitled to, around 20 kilograms. He was sentenced to death for economic war crimes and was fined 50.000RM.
