Scope and Content
The document of seven pages contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Prague in 1945. The accused farm owner and village mayor, Karl Vonásek (born in Terešov in 1898), had been sentenced to death for sabotage. He had not reported any excess grain during a control, more than 3000 kilogram rye and wheat were found hidden in a secret bulk floor.
