The file contains an indictment against Josef Tuma (*1905) from 1945, at that time he was arrested in the police prison of Theresienstadt. Josef Tuma was accused for supporting his brother, an illegal-living communist and member of the KPÖ, by helping him out with food and clothes and by mediating between Anton Tuma and the communist functionary Veverka.
