The file contains the typewritten court judgement issued in February 1944 by the special court in Troppau (Opava). Ludwig Tschapla, born in Frýdek in 1888, has been accused of various homosexual and pedophile acts and sentenced to death based on the so-called “Volksschädlingsverordnung” (“Decree against public enemies”). The document of 14 pages gives detailed information on the witnesses, the accused’s biographical background and the acts he was indicted for.
