The file contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Prague in July 1944. The accused, Karl Valasek, had been sentenced to death for having listened to foreign broadcasting services. The court judgement was based on the so-called "Sabotageverordnung" and also includes the cases of other civilians who were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment: Johann Malát, Franz Pavlovský, Johann Řehka, Josef Navák, Jaroslaus Prabenec, Emanuel Biškas, Josef Neděle. The document of 24 pages is partially unreadable.
