The file contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Brno in September 1943. The accused Paul Valigura (*1917, Woetin) was sentenced to death for sabotage. He had injured himself from burns to get vacation from his work at an armaments factory. The court judgement was based on the so-called "Sabotageverordnung" and also includes the cases of two other civilians who were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment: Ulrich Žurek and Ulrich Gottwald.
