Together with nine others, the miner Wenzel Topinka (*1989, Kladno) was accused of sabotage, of giving shelter to a former communist party member of the KPO Prochazka. The indictment writing ends with the decision to transfer the case to the Special Court of the German Regional Court in Prague.
