The Auxiliary worker Rudolf Tefelner (born in 1984 in Opava) had been in custody for possession of a loaded revolver since 1943. One year later, the district court in Brünn decided a death sentence against him not only for illicit possession of weapons, but also for not reporting a political ("treasonable") project that was planned by his co-workers at a weapon fabric in Boskovice.
