Scope and Content
Franz Thein (born in Prague in 1907) went to trial for falsification of a citizen's legitimation. Appearing to be a Non-Jew, he tried to flee from Vienna to Hungary and was arrested on the train. On 3rd June 1942, he was sentenced to death.
