The file contains the verdict of Franz Strouhal (born on 31 May 1908 in Ptin). The defendant had owned a gun as well as ammunition since 1934. When the possession of weapons was forbidden in 1939 Strouhal buried his functioning gun in the ground on his property. The weapon and the ammunition were found in the same location. Strouhal was found guilty of illegal weapon and ammunition possession and sentenced to death in 1943.
