The file contains the verdict of Erich v. Studzinski (born on 23 January 1916 in Gr.Katz Wpr.). The defendant joined the Polish resistance organisation "Szare Szergi" in 1940. Szare Szergi was a code-name for the underground paramilitary Polish Scouting Association. Studzinski's task was it to observe the population of a Polish town and assess them politically. The goal was to recruit the right people to join the organisation. Erich v. Studzinski was found guilty of preparation of high treason and sentenced to death in 1944.
