The file contains the verdicts of Bochdan Šulc (born on 24 December 1914 in Dülken), Franz Mojak (born on 25 April 1904 in Saborsch), Franz Vilim (born on 10 October 1895 in Porschebatschka) and Barbara Vilim (born on 10 November 1893 in Chudenitz). The defendant Franz Vilim was a warden in the same penitentiary that Šulc and Mojak were forced to work in. In 1943 Šulc and Mojak managed to enter a warehouse with a forged key where they stole a large amount of leather. After they had hidden the leather Barbara Vilim picked up a part of the goods. Furthermore, Vilim paid Mojak after he had given her another share. Franz Vilim was accused of having told his wife to pick up the leather as well as having received some from the other defendants. Šulc and Mojak were sentenced to death in 1944. Franz Vilim was sentenced to one year and six months of penitentiary. Barbara Vilim was sentenced to one year of penitentiary.
