The file contains the verdicts of Karl Svec (born on 8 November 1904 in Pistin) and Ignaz Zahradnik (born on 23 July 1919 in Witschkoberg). The two defendants encountered a ten year old girl on their way to work. They stopped her and searched her bag as well as her pockets for valuable items. When the girl resisted the two men threatened to kill her with a knife. After they had searched the girl Svec and Zahradnik let her go and continued their way to work. Svec and Zahradnik were found guilty and sentenced to death in 1941.
