The file contains the verdicts of Anton Štepán (born on 4 April 1908 in Hodonin), Josef Holeka (born on 15 March 1921 in Mitschow), Josef Novák (born on 27 May 1885 in Natoschitz), Johann Mokošin(Sr.)(born on 19 July 1884 in Zaritschan), Johann Mokošin(Jr.)(born on 19 May 1921 in Rositz) and Josef Veselý (born on 15 October 1900 in Mährisch Krzizonky). The defendant Štepán was found guilty of illegal purchase, slaughter and selling of animals and meat. He was sentenced to death. The defendants Holeka and Novák were found guilty of aiding and abetting Štepán's crimes. Holeka was sentenced to one year and six months of prison and Novák to nine months of prison. Both Johann Mokošin(Sr.) and Johann Mokošin(Jr.) were found guilty of illegally receiving and selling meat. Johann Mokošin(Sr.) was sentenced to death. Johann Mokošin(Jr.) was sentenced to three years of penitentiary. The defendant Veselý was found guilty of black-market purchase and sentenced to four months of prison.
