The file contains the verdict of Stefan Stompozynski who was a Polish rail road worker in Germany. While Stompozynski was at work a German man started criticizing the work the defendant and his group had been doing. Stompozynski then proceeded to grab the man and insulted him. The man managed to free himself and punched the defendant in the face. Three German witnesses saw them. As a Pole Stompozynski was to be punished for insulting a German man. He was found guilty and sentenced to five years of penitentiary.
