The file contains the verdict of Stefan Redzynia (born on 4 September 1910 in Litzmannstadt), a Polish gardener from Litzmannstadt(Łódź). During a control police officers found Redzynia. The defendant was arrested due to contradictions in his statements and papers. On the way to the police station Redzynia hit the police officer and made an attempt to flee. The police man fired several shots at the defendant and arrested him. Stefan Redzynia denied hitting the officer but was nonetheless found guilty and sentenced to death in 1944.
