The file contains the verdicts of Ladislav Prager (born on 4 May 1906 in Tuzschap), Andreas Kulig (born on 30 November 1893 in Tarnawa), Wenzel Kral (born on 5 August 1911 in Sepekau) and Friedrich Dryak (born 10 July 1902 in Weterkowitz), four men from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Prager was accused of having illegally slaughtered animals. He was found guilty of illegal slaughter, illicit trade and tax evasion. Prager was sentenced to death in 1943. Kulig was charged with the same crimes and sentenced to two years and six months of penitentiary. The defendant Kral was found guilty of illicit trade and purchasing tax-evaded goods. He was sentenced to three years of penitentiary. Dryak was charged with the same crimes and sentenced to six years of penitentary.
