The file contains the verdicts of Josef Prašek (snr.) (born on 29 February 1880 in Radikau) and Josef Prašek (jr.) (born on 7 October 1912 in Radikau). The father and son own a farm in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The two men hid 2772 kg of bread grain from the authorities. This was considered a serious case of sabotage of the economy. Josef Prašek (snr.) planned the crime and convinced his son of the idea. Josef Prašek (snr.) was sentenced to death in 1943. Josef Prašek (jr.) was sentenced to five years of penitentiary.
