The file contains the verdict of Josef Pretsch (born on 5 January 1885 in Alt Lublitz), a man from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendant was working in a post office, sorting out and delivering packages. From 1941 to his arrest in 1943 Pretsch regularly opened packages and stole items from them. All together the defendant misappropriated 80-100 packages he was supposed to deliver. Pretsch admitted his crime. He was found guilty and sentenced to death in 1944.
