The file contains the verdicts of Emil Prochazka (born on 10 January 1906 in Mesoles) and 25 other men from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendants were found guilty of hiding and illegally trading with grain. Emil Prochazka was sentenced to death. Karl Louček, Josef Pařez and Alois Verdan were each sentenced to five years of penitentiary. Josef Hrdy and Anton Müller were each sentenced to four years of penitentiary. Anton Dalecky received a sentence of two years and six months of penitentiary. Josef Bilek and Josef Pecka were each sentenced to two years of penitentiary. The defendants Vladimir Skarka, Rudolf Janak and Hybler each received a sentence of one year and six months of penitentiary. Josef Daněk was sentenced to one year of penitentiary. Stefan Michno was sentenced to one year and three months of penitentiary. Karl Calda received a one year prison sentence. Wenzel Pros, Franz Tomašek, Alois Kadlec, Adalbert Novotny, Jaroslaus Kučera, Ladislaus Topol, Wenzel Pokorny and Jaroslaus Ryšanek each received a nine month prison sentence. Zdenek Prochazka was sentenced to six months of prison. Josef Novak and Josef Sleska each received a four month prison sentence.
