The file contains the verdict of Josef Plánek (born on 17 September 1907 in Otmanka) and Marta Plánek (born on 12 May 1907 in Hochstadt an d. I.), a married couple from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Josef Plánek illegally owned weapons and kept them in the couple's home. Furthermore, he was in contact with members of a resistance group in Prague. For a time the defendant held a position in the group, being a contact person for another resistance group in Pilsen. Marta Plánek was aware of her husbands' activities and supported him in various ways. In addition, after the arrest of her husband Marta Plánek helped another member of the resistance group by giving him food and money. Both defendants were found guilty and sentenced to death in 1944.
