The file contains the verdicts of four men from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendants are: Alois Pařizek (born on 25 July 1922 in Pitin), Siegfried Šrom (born on 17 June 1922 in Swatoslau), Karl Giorgiutti (born on 18 November 1926 in Ober Schistwi) and Jaroslaus Lubas (born on 18 April 1927 in Wobritz). The defendants were found guilty of having tried to illegally cross the German-Slovakian border and join a guerilla group in West-Slovakia. Alois Pařizek and Siegfried Šrom were sentenced to death in 1944. Giorgiutti was sentenced to six years of youth prison and Lubas received a 10 year prison sentence.
