The file contains the verdicts of 15 men living in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendants Josef Novotný (born on 21 April 1893 in Schlumitz), Josef Skrčený and Josef Topič kept an illegal weapons stash in 1939 and 1940. All three men were found guilty. Topič and Skrčený were sentenced to death, whereas Novotný was sentenced to 6 years of penitentiary. The defendant Anton Polivka knew of the weapons stash but did not report it. Therefore, he was sentenced to 2 years of penitentiary. 10 defendants were found guilty of illegal possession of a weapon: Jaroslaus Kratochvil, Vladimir Jenšik and Josef Malinský were sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of penitentiary. Karl Kramář, Josef Čada and Franz Dvořáček were sentenced to three years of penitentiary. Jaroslaus Hraský was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months of penitentiary. The defendant Zdenek Profous was sentenced to 6 years of penitentiary. Josef Branžovský received a sentence of 2 years of penitentiary. The defendant Anton Florian was sentenced to 1 year of prison. Miroslaus Kunt was acquitted of the charge.
