The file contains the verdicts of Josef Ondra (born on 6 June 1905 in Kl. Kinitz) and Franz Bureš (born on 20 December 1910 in Bisters b. Brünn), two men living in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendants were accused of illegally poessessing a gun and munition. Bureš received a package containing the gun and the munition in 1939. Soon after Bureš told Ondra about the package and they decided to bury it in Ondra's garden. The package was found there during a house search in 1943. Both men were found guilty and sentenced to death in 1943.
