The file contains the verdicts of 15 defendants living in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Anton Novotny(1) (born on 12 January 1902 in Roschitz) and Josef Kolař were found guilty of illicit slaughter, misappropriating meat and evading the slaughter tax. Both defendants were sentenced to death. 9 defendants were found guilty of illicit trade with cattle and abetting slaughter tax evasion and received following sentences: Franz Šedivy was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months of penitentiary. Franz Novotny was sentenced to 1 year and 2 months of penitentiary. Franz Vostoupal, Johann Vaňek, Anton Daňek and Johann Kabeš each received a 10 month prison sentence. Anton Novotny(2) was sentenced to 1 year of prison. The defendant Franz Brož received an 8 month prison sentence. Franz Šedivy received a 6 month prison sentence. For illicit trade with cattle Josef Holec and Johann Mašek were sentenced to 1 year and 3 months of prison and 10 months of prison respectively. Franziska Machurka received a 5 month prison sentence for illicit slaughter of a single pig.
