The file contains the charges against Franz Novaček (born on 2 April 1893 in Pilsen), Božena Novaček, Josef Mlady, Josefa Perk, Georgine Kunc, Ladislaus Burda, Anton Grohs, Wenzel Grohs and Christine Grohs. The men and women living in the area of Pilsen were accused of committing sabotage starting in the summer of 1943. The defendants gave shelter and supported the communist Anton Burda. Furthermore, they failed to report Burda, who was wanted by the police.
