The file contains the verdicts of six men from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. These six men include: Johann Nemrava (born on 12 April 1913 in Hulken), Franz Novotny (born on 15 January 1911 in Topolan), Johann Pojtik (born on 22 August 1915 in Landshut), Ludwig Pojtik (born on 26 October 1910 in Landshut), Franz Semela (born on 9 April 1908 in Luhatschowitz) and Anton Kubač (born on 3 August 1893 in Eichwald). Johann Nemrava was found guilty of having listened to foreign radio broadcasts and having repaired a shortwave receiver. He was sentenced to 13 years of penitentiary. Franz Novotny was found guilty of the same crime and sentenced to 12 years of penitentiary. Johann and Ludwig Pojtik were also found guilty of having listened to foreign broadcasts and were both sentenced to 5 years of penitentiary. The defendant Semela was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months of penitentiary for listening to a British radio. Anton Kubač received a 1 year and 2 month prison sentence for listening to an illegal radio.
