The file contains the verdict of Herbert Neubeck (born on 30 March 1923 in Düsseldorf), a stateless Jewish man. The defendant, living in Brussels, was charged with preparing high treason and giving aid to the enemy with his actions. He was accused of taking part in communist activism and helping other communists in order to sabotage the German army. He was found guilty by the People's court in Berlin and sentenced to death. He was executed in 1943.
