The file contains the verdict of Walter Neuhäuser (born on 4 November 1916 in Habstein), a man living in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. In 1943 the defendant was working in a youth home when an air attack hit a treatment and nursing facility. Neuhäuser was then ordered to help with the cleanup efforts with the pupils from the youth home. The defendant was accused of taking advantage of the situation and stealing several items from the site. Furthermore, he commited the theft in front of the youths. He was found guilty of theft and sentenced to death in 1943.
