The file contains the verdict of Josef Michalak (born on 19 October in Popresznicki), a Polish farmer. During a police control in 1941 a letter was found in the pocket of the defendant. The letter, written by Michalak in Polish, included content that was hostile to the state and adressed the Polish fight for freedom. The defendant was found guilty of preparation of high treason and sentenced to four years of penitentiary in 1941.
