The file contains the verdict of Franz Mikulec (born on 8 October 1904 in Wiltschnau), a farmer living in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. In the years 1941 and 1942 he illegally slaughtered and sold pigs in several instances. Furthermore, the defendant evaded the slaughter tax. He was found guilty and sentenced to death in 1942.
