The file contains the verdicts of Jaroslaus Mitvalský (born on 11 January 1913 in Senftenberg) and 12 other defendants from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. They were accused of illicit trade with cattle and meat and some also with illegal slaughter. Out of the 13 defendants all were found guilty with the exception of Rudolf Suchomel. Jaroslaus Mitvalský I was sentenced to death in 1944. Wenzel Buchmüller was sentenced to five years of penitentiary. Josef Adamec received a sentence of two years and nine months of penitentiary. Marie Kubiček was sentenced to two years and six months of penitentiary. Jaroslaus Mitvalský II and Wenzel Kubiček were sentenced to two years of penitentiary. Dominik Žabka was sentenced to a year of penitentiary. Johann Keprta received a one year prison sentence. Johanna Holeček was sentenced to nine months in prison. Anton Jirčik received an eight month and Karl Mlynář a ten month prison sentence respectively. Milan Buchmüller was found guilty of complicity in crime and sentenced to six months of youth prison. Furthermore, Mitvalský I, Wenzel Buchmüller, Marie Kubiček, Keprta, Žabka, Jirčik, Mlynář and Holeček received fines.
