The file contains the verdicts of Rudolf Matuška (born on 2 June 1907 in Reichenberg) and Johann Fejk (born on 8 August 1911 in Pilsen). Rudolf Matuška was accused of illegally possessing a weapon and not reporting a "treasonous organisation", in fact "V boj", an illegal newspaper of the Czechoslovak resistance in Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of penitentiary. Johann Fejk was charged with illegal possession of a weapon and munition. He was found guilty and sentenced to death.
