Scope and Content
The file contains the verdicts of five men: Franz Matuška (born on 8 January 1898 in Wühr), Jaroslav Vilim, Stanislav Zans, Benedikt Walter and Josef Juranek. Franz Matuška was found guilty of illegal possession of weapons as well as munition and explosives and was therefore sentenced to death. Vilim was sentenced to a maximum of three years of prison for assisting Matuška with his crime. Zans was also found guilty of illegally possessing a weapon and was therefore sentenced to one year and three months of penitentiary. Walter, accused of the same crime, was sentenced to four years of penitentiary. Juranek was charged with not having handed over parts of a weapon to the police and was consequently sentenced to six months of prison.
