The file contains the verdict of Jaroslaus Macháček (born on 26 May 1913 in Jermer), a Czech man from Hradec Králové. He was accused of giving spiteful remarks. In particular, he allegedly regretted the failure of the 1944 assassination attempt on Hitler which a witness reported later to an officer. The defendant was found guilty of sabotage and sentenced to death in 1944.
